The Restaurant Antica Fattoria del Grottaione is located in the heart of Montenero, a beautiful village surrounded by the Val D’Orcia countryside.
Whilst travelling along the street that leads from Mount Amiata to Montalcino, you will be lulled by the gentle hills covered with long rows of vines and large expanses of wheat.
Seasonal colours, from autumn’s dry yellows to the intense greens of spring, will escort you along the road of the cypresses leading to the centre of Montenero.
At the very end of that road, coming out in a small square with a fountain in the middle, you will find Antica Fattoria del Grottaione.
Open the door and fall in love with the ancient stone vaults, the Florentine terracotta floor and the old masterfully restored furniture.

The Grottaione can accommodate up to 50 people in both the dining room and the terrace.
